The purpose of the Whistleblower Hotline is to enable Group employees, business partners, and all other stakeholders to report any behavior they consider unethical in a safe and confidential way.
We invite all employees and third parties who witness or are aware of any behavior related to employees, business partners, or other stakeholders that violates Eczacıbaşı values and ethical rules to raise their hand and speak up.

What Can You Report?
- Issues related to all fraudulent activities including acts of corruption, bribery and situations involving conflicts of interest
- Matters concerning harassment, mobbing and discrimination
- Violations of occupational health and safety regulations
- Any other behaviors that violate ethical rules

The Whistleblower Hotline is NOT an emergency service. Do not use this site to report incidents that pose an immediate threat to life or property. Reports submitted through the Whistleblower Hotline may not receive an immediate response. If you need urgent assistance, please contact your local Human Resources Department.
The Whistleblower Hotline is also not intended for customer complaints related to services or products. Please use the designated channels for such complaints.
