
Nejat Emre Eczacıbaşı
MemberNejat Emre Eczacıbaşı received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University’s Department of Economics in 2006 and MBA from Columbia Business School in 2011.
Before joining the Eczacıbaşı Group’s Strategic Planning and Finance function in 2008, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Türkiye as a financial consultant. Between 2011 and 2013, he undertook several microfinance and social entrepreneurship projects through a company he established to help reduce unemployment in Türkiye and other developing countries by reviving traditional crafts.
Nejat Emre Eczacıbaşı worked in the Strategic Marketing department of the Eczacıbaşı Building Products until the end of 2014. In 2015, he was appointed General Manager of the kitchen business of the Building Products Group. During this period, he established İntema Yaşam to transform the kitchen into a living center responding to a new generation of needs.
Since 2019, Emre Eczacıbaşı has been serving as a Member of the Board of Directors of Eczacıbaşı Holding and as the Coordinator of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He also holds board memberships in Eczacıbaşı Group companies, the Business4Goals Platform, and the Turkish Entrepreneurship Foundation.
