Esra Eczacıbaşı Coşkun

Esra Eczacıbaşı Coşkun graduated from Robert College and received her undergraduate degree in Economics and Art History from Harvard University. She began her professional career at the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York, before returning to Turkey to lead the establishment of Genç Modern, a pioneering initiative of Istanbul Modern.

Esra Eczacıbaşı Coşkun joined the Eczacıbaşı Group in Strategic Planning and went on to serve as Brand Manager in the Consumer Products Division. After completing her MBA at INSEAD in 2015, Coşkun worked at McKinsey & Company as a consultant on a variety of projects. In 2017, she returned to Eczacıbaşı as Business Development Manager at Eczacıbaşı Holding, and between 2019 and 2025, she oversaw the company’s digital transformation as Digital Transformation Coordinator.

Currently, Coşkun serves as a member of the Boards of Directors of Eczacıbaşı Holding and Istanbul Modern.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, she is a Trustee of Robert College, a Board Member of the Turkey-U.S. Business Council (TAİK) under the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEİK), and a Member of TÜSİAD, the Turkish Industry and Business Association.
